The Acoustic Plaster System is a beautifully smooth mineral surface with outstanding sound absorption properties, manufactured in the UK.

Specifically designed to enhance the acoustics of interior spaces, the Armourcoat Acoustic Seamless Plaster System provides a clean, seamless mineral surface that can be applied over large areas, including both flat and curved surfaces.

The system features a unique mineral wool composite panel, which is securely bonded to the substrate and finished with a seamless marble-based plaster layer. This elegant finish allows sound energy to pass through the surface while maintaining a sophisticated aesthetic.

In addition, the system is environmentally friendly, comprising >72% recycled materials and achieving a zero VOC rating. It also achieves a Class '0' fire rating and a Class 'A' Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) rating.

Class A system

Independent tests were carried out in the UK on the Armourcoat Acoustic Plaster System to determine the Sound Absorption Coefficient (αs), conducted in accordance with European Standard EN ISO 354.

Modern Craftsmanship

The Armourcoat Acoustic Plaster System is comprised of mineral wool panels with a factory applied acoustic plaster basecoat. These panels are installed on site by skilled applicators before the surface is hand finished with a seamless layer of natural mineral acoustic plaster. Areas of up to 200m² can be achieved without any joint lines.
