The scope of work comprises of extension of the existing floor plates, reconfiguration of the building service core and re-design of the building facade.
The result is a new refurbished office building with a progressive corporate identity, enhanced floor plate efficiency and maximised office views while preserving as much of the existing building structures as possible.
