FIT-OUT WORKS OF MAIN LOBBY, STAFF CANTEEN, ROOF GARDEN, TOILETS AND ANCILLARY BUILDING FACILITIES
This is an SGD11.5 million upgrading project to a live post wafer fabrication facilities with clean-room, chemical storage and ancillary production facilities located at multiple blocks within the campus.
Our works involve upgrading the main lobby, staff canteen, roof garden, toilets and ancillary building facilities to give the existing campus a new makeover. A new link-way is added to improve commuters experience within the campus.
The completed works had given this campus a new breath of life and improve the user’s experience of a new refreshed workplace.
One of the challenges for this project was carrying out the works within a live production plant that required detailed planning and sequencing work to minimise the impact on the daily operation.
This building was first built in the 1970s; the team spent considerable time understanding the original design intent and was able to work with existing constraints to overcome the site constraint and lack of information.
