The project comprises two 37-storey residential towers above a podium containing 879 residential units and a 3-storey co-working facility and commercial building fronting the main road. Two slab block planning takes advantages of the site perimeter by aligning the residential towers along the north-south axis, a passive environmental design approach that is sustainable, thereby maximizing the development's north-south exposure and facing out towards prominent views. The two top residential levels of each tower contain penthouses with majority of two-bedroom type units with maximum frontage. Each individual unit is configured and carefully planned to clearly differentiate between kitchen and living/dining areas. In addition, all units feature three-fixture Japanese style bathroom layout with internal screening doors for privacy when simultaneous use of the same bathroom by more than one occupant. The residential towers are connected by 22-metre sky bridge at roof top levels, forming expansive recreation facilities and top roof garden with folding origami sculpted roof feature, clad in metal cladding, precast panel and glass. This design enables the residents from both towers to have direct access and enjoy two-storey recreation facilities including 50-metre sky swimming pool, fitness centre, library, private spa, golf simulator, sky lounge and co-kitchen, stepping lawn, tree top featured pavilion, inspiration and meditation space, and lush landscaped gardens and decks with panoramic sunrise and sunset views of the city. The podium comprises separate lobby and ample drop-off for each tower, communal space and a combination of multi-storey conventional car parking and fully automated car parking system for convenience. The project also features sustainable design technologies like retention basin and solar energy system.
