This All Suite Hotel was the first building to be cladded with a specially Spanish imported Gold Glass Façade. Half the building consist of offices and the balance consist of the All Suite Guest Rooms. The Guest Rooms are of about 600 sf ft in area each. An Infinity Pool and a Spa are located at the top of the Podium Block affording direct views to the sea in front of Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah.
This project was completed at the beginning of the Asian Financial Crisis and although several suppliers and contractors were adversely affected by the drop in the value of the Ringgit, the building was not affected in terms of the quality of finishes.
