The structural concept for the building is deploying a post-tensioned flat slab, RC columns and walls as its vertical elements to optimize the design. Each floor has a typical imposed load of 15kpa which resulted in a heavy foundation load. Driven RC piles were selected based on the soil profile and to balance safety and cost.
