When rebuilding the head office, it was required to express the identity of a paint company. A slender building has less freedom of design due to legal requirements for evacuation in Japan. Even under such conditions a colorful and innovative facade was created by precise calculation of openness of the balcony and applying gradation coating to large glazing. The exterior glazing paint was newly developed by the company. The colorful shadows created by sunlight, the mirror effect that reflects the environment and the soft colors by lighting in the night time beautifully illuminate the streets and surrounding buildings.
