UNICORN ISLAND MASTER PLAN

In collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects and Ramboll, we have developed the open space Master Plan for Unicorn Island. Set on the eastern shore of Xin Long Lake in Chengdu, China, Unicorn Island is envisioned as a vibrant mixed-used district that aims to incubate innovation and foster creativity. The first major venue will be opening at the end of this year. Our work includes an entrance drop off with a cleansing biotope, a flexible event lawn and a publicly accessible rooftop terrace which offers sweeping views of the lake and the new district.
