Our Practice SD Architects & Associates Pte. Ltd. was established in 2015, having evolved from a practice founded in 1983. Over three decades, the company's development and growth has been based on its strong emphasis on professional integrity and dedicated teamwork. The practice has successfully completed a wide range of projects over the years. Its area of expertise lies in civic, residential, institutional, hospitality, industrial and healthcare projects. Major works include design & build projects for Defence Science & Technology Agency, Land Transport Authority, Port of Singapore Authority and works on public housings for Housing & Development Board. Fire Protection Master Plan and architectural works for Singapore General Hospital, design of offices, schools, factories and residential houses for private clients form another component of the firm's current works. Led by its founder Chan Kok Way, the practice is further enhanced by his expertise in Fire Safety Engineering, Arbitration and Construction Law. Projects undertaken by the Firm as Registered Inspector include the Singapore Sports Hub, Leedon Heights, West Gate, South Beach Tower, Mapletree Business City 2, National Art Gallery and tenancy Rl services for the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and the Suntec Mall.
