The DINZ Best Awards were hosted on Friday evening at Auckland's Spark Arena. Held for the 21st consecutive year, the Best Awards is the largest design awards programme in the Southern Hemisphere.

The ceremony blessed the ground for construction of Te Ara Ātea, the new library and community and performance facility which will be the first stage in the town centre development.

Workplace design is not just about delivering a space that is appealing and driven from business requirements. First and foremost, the design must meet the needs of the people who use it.
