Chase Doors is the world's oldest, largest, and most progressive manufacturer of double-acting impact traffic doors and specialty doors.
Chase Industries, Inc., founded by Chase Blum in 1932, began its operation as an insulated walk-in cooler and specialty refrigeration equipment manufacturer. Shortly after, Chase pioneered the original flexible AirGard™ Door with its unique top-mounted-only gravity hinging system. That door is still on the job today in food processing, industrial manufacturing, and retail stores. Since then, Chase has expanded its line of doors to include impact traffic doors, double-acting swing doors, corrosion-resistant doors, fiberglass doors, cold storage door, sliding fire doors, sliding service doors, pharmaceutical doors, and air doors. TMI has joined Chase to provide strip curtains, PVC vinyl rolls, bug screen doors, vinyl roll-up doors, and industrial curtains alongside over 30 years of PVC manufacturing experience.
Through the years Chase has evolved their manufacturing processes to become more efficient and consistent.
CNC routers and punch presses for cutting and drilling wood, metal, and plastics, conveyor systems for faster throughput, a metal component powder coating line, several multi-arm rotational molding machines, and a flexible PVC extruding line was added.
These and other automated processes allow Chase to provide door to door consistencies and cost savings that are passed onto our customers. The longevity and reliability of our products are assured by continuous, rigorous testing on our custom-designed door impact testing system.
Today, with over 300 employees, five vertically integrated manufacturing facilities, and a stellar reputation, Chase Doors has become the global leader and most recognized manufacturer of high-quality, made-to-order specialty door systems.
