National Hardwood was established in 1984 by Omer Katzir. Omer began as an installer, and as a result of his many years of experience and knowledge, he knew there was a need for a wholesale flooring and moulding showroom, and so National Hardwood, was created.

Why shop at National Hardwood and not some box store? Because National Hardwood is a leader in the flooring and moulding industry. Our knowledge is vast and our selection with its over 5000 oversized samples, is unparalleled. Unlike box stores where unknowledgeable salespeople come and go, our staff has been with us for years.  They can guide you through the labyrinth of exotic, domestic, hand distressed, engineered, solid and laminated floorings, aiding you in getting just the right floor for you. But what about mouldings, stairs treads and everything that one would need to finish the job, National has that also. And if you want something custom or in a hurry; we have an onsite milling facility. 

Never one to sit on his laurels, Omer journeyed the globe and came up with our own in-house engineered brand; FRENCH GALERIE. It’s, available in an assortment of stains and finishes. And if that wasn’t enough, he designed his own line of tools, supplies, abrasives and glues.
