OMA by the Sea offers the ambience of luxury resort living

A new resort-style development in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, by Wing Tai Properties, gathered together design talents from DLN Architects Ltd, Brewin Design Office, and Enea Garden Design to realise the ambitious result. With a picturesque setting spanning the coast, a luxury clubhouse, exciting artworks and a lush landscape, OMA by the Sea stakes out new territory in the city’s property context.  

Comprising 517 variously-sized units (from majority 2- to 3-bedroom to garden duplexes and penthouses) between 297 and 1,614 sq. ft. in saleable area, across two towers, the project offers residents the ambience and amenities of luxury resort living. Nature, views, and interior design coalesce to provide an oasis of quality and visual flair. The ‘by the sea’ ingredient is central to the conceptual design and finished product.

The Senses Garden is a masterpiece created by award-winning Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea. Starting from the entrance, residents can meander along the pathway. There is a verdant mixture of over 150 trees, including the signature magenta Tabebuia trees, creating a mesmerizing pink floral sea in the season of spring.
